At Bella & Bro Creations, we take pride in creating beautiful, handmade items and want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help 💌

✨ Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at bellabrocreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

💖 Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Double-check your bank account
• Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times can vary)

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at bellabrocreations@gmail.com and we’ll organise this for you.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

For higher value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
